Blade anti vibration mount assembly instruction

Those would mount to a plate or the bottom of the frame. They would not be needed if the long saver bolt mounts to your frame.

The rubber dampners would be the isolation between the gimbal and the frame.
 
Do the rubber dampers hold the top to bottom? They have an indentation at the top with a flange above. These go thru the hole and the flange keeps in place? This is not an easy task to accomplish have been trying it this way.

That is correct. Something not sharp to poke at them. Try some dishwashing liquid to use as lube.
