Binding Hubsan Skyhawks TX to different RX?

i have a Hubsan spyhawk TX with built in 5.8rx and screen.

I want to bind it to a spectrum 2.4ghz RX.

How do I do this? I'm having no luck so far!

Hi you can only bind hubsan to hubsan , if you build a quad then buy a good 6 channel transmitter and receiver

I've build 2 so far. A 450 and a 550 for doc flying.

I wanted to use this tx as it has a built in screen.

Sorry mate your have to do it the old way, and mount the monitor on a good transmitter
 
Hi mate, you can use the board and transmitter ,but the motors on the small quads are normally coreless, and your need brushless, there is no way i know that you can use an esc on these boards
There is nothing stopping you from stripping a crashed one and make a simple frame and mount everything from the crashed quad to it
 
If you have the Hubsan FPV transmitter see if you can buy just the quad as a bnf , try asking banggood they may be able to let you have just the quad, its ment to be really good fun to fly
 
Hi I am sure that radio was the one that came with the hubsan lynx heli FPV , then the quad come out as a updated X4 , it was the x4 then x4 with leds, then x4FPV , it does work on all the hubsan FPV system heli or quad , the receiver is built in the board with the FPV tx , so you could use the parts from the x4 quad with FPV , on a home made frame , but will have to be kept light weight as the hubsan motors are coreless , and have limited power , so there are not many ways to go , bind and fly i think is best with that transmitter also this works on fat shark goggles
