Hello everyone,
I have recently tried to get betaflight on my naze32 rev 6, because I wanted airmode on the quad. Upon getting the board sucessfully flashed, I armed the board, and tried to spin up the motors to no avail. The motors didn't make the startup sound, nor did they spin. I tried to reconnect to the board via cleanflight, only to have the motors suddenly full throttle (I'm really glad that I actually removed the props this time, as I usually don't...) from that, I had no control over the motors. I read somewhere that this is a problem with BLHeli with oneshot 125 (which I have on my escs, but I don't know which version) with it having to ignore the pwm signals, however I can't connect to them to reflash via BLHeli suite, I think it has something to do with not having a bootloader, but I can't be sure. Disabling oneshot, the motors are under control, but the pids are all over the place. Many people say that they just have to reduce the pids a little due to the more active mixer, but my quadcopter immediately spiralled shaking out of control. I brought the pids down a bunch, more than I should, but the quad is still very squirly.

These pids seem way too low for such shaking, so I'm not sure what's happening. Is it perhaps a problem with not having oneshot enabled?
I have motor stop enabled, if knowing that helps.
My build:
ZMR 250
EMAX 20A blheli
Lumenier 2600 2350kv
DAL 5045 unbreakable
naze32 rev 6
Any ideas as to how this can be fixed?
Thanks,

PS: sorry for the long post, it's kinda lengthy to describe the problem.
PPS: I have a regular cleanflight firmware, in which the quad performs excellently, with oneshot enabled, and airmode not an option.
