Best quadcopter under $800

What is the best drone under 800 dollars? I was looking at the dji phantom 3 or traxxas aton, but is there a better alternative. I also want a pro-controller not those simple-kiddy-looking-controllers. I would like a camera if can.

Ok assuming you dont want to build one, if you can get a phantom 3 in your price range, Id go with that. I never owned one but I know its a solid product. Not even in the same league as a Traxxas aton.
