Best option for me?

I am a beginner and I've never flown a quad copter in my life. what I really want to be able to do is attach my GoPro 3 to a quad copter to get some aerial footage nothing major just something to start and to learn on and actually be able to get aerial footage. I don't wanna sink a lot of money into it until I see if I like flying and what kind of shots I'm able to get. I did some searching and found a 200 qx by blades for around $200 but I don't think it is ready to fly out the box. I almost saw some videos of a Xheli v262 with a gopro and those go for about $60 with everything I need, which sounds really cheap. Are these good options for me? I wanna stay around $200 to start and if I enjoy it, possible move up from there. Can anyone recommend a quad that can carry my camera and be flown by a beginner with in my price range? Thank you in advance

Hi mate stay away from the blade quads they have a few problems , it will be hard to find some thing really good in the price range , You will be able to find quads (toy grade) that will help you work out if you like the hobby , The Cheerson CX20 is ment to be really good or this but is a little over in price( see link) / the cheerson cx20 or the quantum are a clone of each other what one came first god knows
