Best drone under ---- question

hello, I have two questions.
1. What is the best quad under $50-100
2. What is the best quad under $100-200


I was thinking about the jjrc h26 but what do you ethusiasts think about that quad?
It would be nice if you could include a camera
I don't need fpv, but if available that would be nice

Personally I think that the Parrot AR Drone 2.0 is the best drone you can get for under $200.
As for $50 the Syma X5C-1 is the drone to get.
Finally for around $100 you can get the Syma X8G.

For under $100, I really like the Holy Stone F180C. It's fun to fly and comes with a surprisingly good camera for its size/price. You actually have a lot of options in that price range though. Here's a good list to go through: http://dronebusinessmarketer.com/mini-drone/
