I have a Turnigy 950 mah 2s 25-50c lipo battery and cannot figure out the charge rate to set my charger to. I have gone through the instructions on my charger many times and have looked at several web sites on lipo batteries but still cannot come to a conclusion. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Usually 1 c unless the battery states otherwise.

Miscalculation. This is better. (Thanks @RENOV8R )
950mah x .001c = .950 amp charge rate.

I charge all my lipos at a 1 C charge rate. It'll state on the battery the maximum rate which can be more. But if you stick to the 1C rule, you'll get a much longer life out of your batteries. So just charge it at .9amps or 1 amp.

Hi the easy way to remember it is once it's 1amp or over just put a decimal point between the first 2 numbers so if it's a 2200 mah it will become 2.2 amps charge rate a 3200 will be 3.2 amps
The guys are spot on a 950 is safe on 1.0 amp charge
A fast charge will not charge at high rate you still set the charge rate as above what it does is it will only charge the 90% of the battery so you can do a quick flight
