Banggood refuses warranty!

I have bought two "Dragonfly KK13" drones from Banggood, both's transmitter were defective.
Banggood refused any warranty claim, no refund, no replacement, no repair.
Email conversation was rude from their side, they said there is no warranty under their policy!
Will never buy from BG again!

I believe this is the same as ali express or ebay or the like (even amazon though their customer support will play defense for customers and back charge or otherwise deal with manufacturers mfgs). Lots of online retail like this are just middle men for the actual mfgs or distributors of products and provide a market place but most of them will walk away when it comes to issues with products you end up needing to go direct to mfg. (who may or may not care). To be fair walmart and target are the same just with brick and mortar locations but can go there and yell at someone to get your money back when feel you've been screwed by the mfg and then up to the retail shop to take it up with the mfg.

Also if in the US race day quads has always been good to me and fights the good fight for hobbyists and amateurs so will continue to buy from them. Also also suggest check out various T16 or T18 options (different mfgs make clones of each other's products with variable quality components and assembly/testing/support all of these run openTX open source software)

For me, Amazon.ca is the only place that I am certain I will have no problem with Return, unless Seller specifies "No Return" on the listing.
That's is why I am willing to pay more dealing with Amazon.
I made a purchase with Banggood on Feb 6th this year. Guess what. I am told......." Estimated to ship before March 9, 2021".
What? They need a whole month to process a shipment?
The only reason I bought from Banggood this time is because no one else is selling the drone I wanted (Eachine M80S with remote controller).

Yup amazon ships most things from relatively local warehouses so stuff they keep on hand there can be moved quickly but for hobby things where the market is relatively small it's not worth it for them to keep inventory in stock then we're stuck with slow boat from china (usually a month). I can't even imagine what the shipping logistics in china must be like.
