Bad SJRC F114K PRO bought to Banggood

When I start the rotors, the WIFI connection stops immediately and Banggood is unable to provide me technical support and the manufacturer is unreachable. Banggood refuses to give me any warranties that They refund me if I send them back the drone and they refuse to pay the transport back to their facilities. The WORST service client I have never seen in my lire.

Yes, that's the potential issue when dealing with a seller/outlet that is 6000 miles away.
That's why I am willing to pay a bit more to Amazon.ca. I never have to pay the return shipping, not even once.
I buy from Banggood ONLY if no one else is selling the product.
Sorry you have such a bad experience.

You are fully right. We learn every day from our errors. I know now that I will never buy again a product to Banggood. And you are right I am used to shop at Amazon, I have never faced a problem.

Couldn't have said it better, find local hobby shops that stock things and know their gear or just default to Le ol' amazon :). Banggood only good as last ditch effort or if someone I really trust points me to some product I can only get there, shipping plus 0 customer support is reason enough to not use the site.

I'm not sure if they ship international or not but in the US there is RaceDayQuads.com and GetFPV.com for the hobbyist or acrobatic/race style quadcopters. For the more DJI style things I think sticking with genuine either new or used is a better option than going with the clones, but understand it's a serious price hike and doesn't come without downsides.
