Hello all! After several weeks of research, YouTube watching, review reading and forum scouring I finally decided to buy my first quadcopter. A Syma X5C-1. I received it in the mail 2 days ago, charged the battery and started flying (crashing). Unfortunately my extra batteries didn't arrive the same day so I didn't even get half an hour of total flight time that day. Yesterday the batteries showed up so I was actually able to fly for a decent amount of time....and I absolutely love it! But now I have some questions about the X5C-1. Batteries- the extra batteries I ordered are the Mudder 20c 680mah 3.7v. I have seen this conversion in a couple of places: C * AH = amp output. So does more amp output mean more flight time or just more power? Also, these 680mah batteries fit pretty snug in the X5C but not uncomfortably tight. Does anyone know what the biggest battery is that can actually fit in it? Preferably without having to make drastic modifications. I was looking at some 25c 750mah but not sure if they'll work. Chargers- Any recommendations on a good charger that can charge/discharge my batteries for storage. I don't want to have to replace my batteries all the time because I'm not storing them properly but there are so many different ones out there it gets a bit overwhelming. And finally...hovering- Several reviews I found about the X5C said it was a good learner and easy to hover. As I said earlier I have very little flight time so far but I cannot get this thing to hover without having to correct it constantly. I have made some adjustments to the trim and it's gotten a bit better but I keep having to adjust the trim again and again. Is this normal? How often should the trim need to be adjusted? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just part of the learning process. That's all for now...thank you for reading my short novel and thanks in advance for any and all help!
