Hey everyone,

I hope this post finds you well. Currently I am looking into purchasing my first quad copter (with camera). I want to eventually make this a hobby and start doing some aerial photography with a DJI/GoPro. So I've been doing some research and right now I am stuck in between 2 quads. Any input/recommendation is more that welcome. My price range is around $100 to start out. Right now, I am looking at these 2.

No specialist but I doubt you can carry a goPro with under $100 unit- although prices seem to be coming down
I would suggest for a starter unit to learn the ropes that you consider a unit with a recording camera as initial crashes can be tough on these units If your 1'st quad suggest one with prop protection

Hi mate toy quads are ok but cant really do a lot to make them better , for a gopro min size would be a very powerful 250 but 450 is better if you could go to $250 you can get a turnigy 450 quad from hobby king RTF and a 6 channel transmitter and receiver , a hubsan x4 is a great micro quad and it will fly indoors and out once you can fly this get a bigger one gives you time to save up
The 2 quads in the links are hard to say with is better as they dont have any spec on them , they both used non direct motor drive , what that means is the motor drives a gear that drives the prop so gear can strip in a crash ( can you get replacements ) motors are brushed so will not last forever 100 flights or less , this quad will get you flying
