I crashed my wifes 350 and it won't go into takeoff mode any more. The connector wire for the GPS to the mother board is broken so I tried to reconnect the wire but not sure if I was succesfull. I ordered and received a computer connection cable to talk to the mother board but have no idea what I'm doing. Any one have any thoughts???

Beyond the problem of fixing it, did you're wife know you flew it and crashed it? Better get it fixed before she finds out, divorce can be very expensive...

Is this a Blade model? I have one that fell out of the sky into my boss's back yard.
Are you getting any error code from the light on the back? Purple flashing will indicate GPS issues if it even initializes.
If all else fails, it can be flown without GPS.
Where did you get the USB cable? That's the one thing I couldn't find when I got mine.
