The one you have has been modified quite a bit. It's missing an ESC capacitor, the front has been modified and the two front arms have been replaced. It looks like at least one motor has been replaces and new ESC wiring, possibly new replaced ESCs. Guy probably couldn't figure out how to mount the FPV cameras after he destroyed the front face, might have lost power on the PDB that powers the Camera and VTX which is why they are not mounted on the quad. It's clearly been used a lot. Lot's of extras though, but not sure its worth $600. Until you figure out the FPV issues, mount and power a camera and a VTX the goggles and monitor with be of no use to you.

Runcam, Runcam2 or Mobius are all good recording mini cams when you get that far, but the recording camera platform is missing and the guy mounted the headlights up high which might block a recording camera.
