250 build help..

Hi this is my 1st build...Im not into racing so air and control are priority..I have $500-$600 budget.will someone make me a parts list please...couple things id like to use this kit or one like it

Maybe 15A or more ESC for furture upgrades
I do want FPV ...maybe fatsharks
I know there some experts here that will help me...ty
