2 inch prop stuck on shaft

I've broken a prop and decided to change all of them cuz they are beat up and out of balance at best but the dang things are stuck I got the broke one off but I feel like I'm gonna break something with all my prying and rocking and suggestions I think it's a 1 mil shaft the props just push on any I ideas tips or tricks was thinking of trying a drop off wd40 right on top where you can see the shaft or a drop off water etc then let out set for a while I've read cut them off but I'm not 100 percent sure I have a tool small enough for the job

Here's the type of tool for those press on props. I'd say you might make one on your own. Reviews are not great.

I found a pair of tweezers that had just the right amount of curve on them to get it done.... I'm looking into a3 inches build with xing1404 motors 1.5 mil shaft I was wondering if changing the props was the same process when you put the prop screws in and all that

You shouldn't have the problem with those motors. Props will be snug on the shaft, but not hard to get off. I would go with the higher Kv if you plan on going 3S, lower Kv if going 4S.

I got 4600kv motors on the way you think it's too much for 4s I suppose I could send them back and get the 3600 I was wanting something I could switch back and forth from 3s to 4s for a mild and wild setting I've seen several builds online that use 4s on the 4600kv picking the motors has been stressful lol but I'm mostly just getting parts and pieces together so I could send my motors back and get different kv if I need to

I'm sure they'll work for both and give you mild to wild. You may want to double check those builds you saw to be sure they aren't using smaller props. I can really only reference the 2.5" 3S 5200Kv of mine that hovers @ 17% throttle. Heavier build & slightly slower motors might cancel out the larger props & more voltage.
Here's some more reference builds in case you haven't been to this site.
