Hehe I still need the bumpers but bought a kit that had landing skids, blade guards, & props. It also included prop screws & blade guards screws. So I used the screws from the kit & a small rubber spacer made from the gimbil protectors.

Mode 1 on Syma transmitters is what we call Mode 2 in the USA. Most U S flyers use Mode 2. Switching moddes on my Syma transmitters swaps the yaw and left/right, out of the box yaw should be on the left stick.

Stormrider, I have read some reviews that say the 8g isn't as stable as the 8c and it's something with the transmitter. If you use a transmitter from the 8c for the 8g it then flies just like the 8c. Did you and your buddy notice any difference in flying the two?

I don't have the FPV one, mines a straight flyer. I thought about getting the Blade Nano 3D which can fly inverted. The only thing that scared me was the circuit board being the frame.

Are you moving the right stick when your taking off? Also what rate are you using high or low? If you do not touch the right stick and punch it what happens? Mine did that when I had the 2 rear blades reversed.

What color is the power led on your transmitter? Green powered led is for v3 & v5 boards. Blue power led is for v6 boards. The blue is suppose to work with the v3, v4 & v6 boards YMMV Didn't run across any information as to the differences in the boards.
