4DRC F12 WiFi drone not connecting/showing up in the WiFi page

Hi everyone, i'm new to the forums.

So I bought a 4DRC F12 (orange) from banggood, the drone had come but there was a problem.

When I went to connect the WiFi on the drone, it showed up and started working. However very soon it disconnected. I restarted the drone by just turning it on again, but the WiFi didnt show up. I did this multiple times, but the WiFi didnt show up on the WiFI page, I kept trying but it didnt show up.

However I looked online and it doesnt seem like im the only one with this problem, the app that the drone use is called ''4DRC GO''.

Also, my smartphone is a iPhone 12 pro max.
 
I don't have a 4DRC F-12 drone nor do I have an iphone.

Can you download and install 4DRC FPV app to your ios phone?
If yes, give it a try.

Hello thank you for your reply however it is not a app problem, seems like there is a problem with the WiFi of the drone, when i go to connect, there is no 4DRC wifi to connect to.

Allow me to go list by list.
Since I do not own a 4DRC F12, my step-by-step listed below may differ from your drone's actual WiFi connection procedures. But the variances ought to be irrelevant.
1. I would assume that you had 4DRC Go app installed in your iphone. Yes?
2. Assuming it is "yes" to #1.
3. So, you turned on the drone.
4. Then you turned on the iphone.
5. From your iphone, you went to Settings > then WiFi page looking for the 4DRC GO app to connect. Yes?
6. But 4DRC GO app was no where to be found on your iphone WiFi screen. Yes?
7. That seems to mean that the iphone does not recognize the existence of the 4DRC GO app.
The app is the Wifi connection link between the phone and the drone's camera. If the phone does not see the app, then there is no WiFi connection.
That was why I suggested to try another app.

its not a app issue, its a WiFi or a smartphone issue, you may not use a ios phone or have a 4DRC F12, but I appreciate you for trying to help.

I have tried the 4DRC FPV app and it wont work because I am not connected to a drone wifi, the problem is that the wifi that I am supposed to connect to isnt showing up when I turn on the drone, there is no 4DRC wifi to connect to.
