My BELLWETHER drone by JJRC refuses totake off. Battery checks OK, lights come on and flash. 3 props turned OK yesterday but today none turn. ANY ideas appreciated

No. The 4th prop did not turn
That's why drone won't take off.
Needs all 4 working in sync.
I've never built a drone. No idea exactly how a drone works mechanically.
My layman guess would be : the 4th motor is cooked.
Your drone has 4 motors. 2 of them are made to turn clockwise (CW) . The other 2 counterclockwise (CCW).
You need to know which motor to buy for replacement. CW or CCW.

I don't know how to get motor replacement for you, nor do I know how to install it. I don't have that kind of knowledge.

Thanks. My problem now is none of the propellers move. This is what I am trying to solve.

You could purchase all 4 BELLWETHE motors and try to install them.
However, I can tell that you don't have the experience of building and repairing drones, your success is doubtful. No offense intended.
BELLWETHE H68 is a low budget drone, never meant to last.
Perhaps you would bite the bullet and send it to the drone heaven.
Sorry, I am of no help to you.

If the battery and lights are OK but no motors spin at all, try these first. Make sure the motors aren’t locked many JJRC drones need a stick command to arm (usually both sticks down and out for a few seconds). Re-bind the controller (power on TX first, then drone, throttle up then down). Do a gyro calibration on a level surface. Check motors for hair or debris even if they turn by hand. Also try a different battery weak batteries often show OK voltage but won’t start motors.
