Connecting APP to Controller to Drone JJRC X12

have jjrc x12, have trouble connecting controller to phone app. always has unconnected in upper left corner, have 0 satellites, can't Gyro calibrate, or compass calibrate. I have down loaded and deleted app and reloaded so many times. Bought a new I-Phone 11 just to fly drone but no luck. I live in North Dallas, TX area HELP MY iOS is 13.5.1
 
What app you downloaded for your X12?

If you are not using C-Fly app, try it from Google Play Store.

davidhk129 have tried Flymore app and C-Fly app both act about the same, no connection. Do you think it might have something to do with my phone or iOS. Watch many videos, reviews, and some have a few problems but not like what I am experiencing.
 
From google search, the JJRC "official" video is shown using Enjoy-Fly app.

Also I found a few complaints about problems similar to yours.
I am not able to assist you further as I do not own a X12. Sorry.

Perhaps, at the last resort, can you return the drone for refund?
 
Good news problem solved
Bought x12 arura 5 days ago and the aircraft won't connect to GPS and showed 0 or n/a all time and didn't went to position mode so just able to put on altitude mode to manual fly . And now time to give u solution with honor. Its very simple but killed me to find .the problem was my phones .I'm using a Samsung note 20 ultra and galaxy note 10 .it seems the app is not updated and don't match with new phones . Just used iPhone 7 and problem totally solved and GPS find
