Fix for unplugging a Syma X5 battery

I've seen and I'm sure a lot of you have , that its a struggle
to get the battery unplugged from the Syma X5 Quadcopter socket.
Most of the time you feel like your going to pull the wires out
of the plug.

The fix I've found is to unscrew and remove the top cover of the X5
and to slide out the battery socket from it's holder. Push the wire up
into the battery compartment and reassemble.
You then have both ends of the connection in your hands and making
the battery change is 100 times easier.
Hope this helps :)

Hello NCFRC - as these are micro losi plugs have you ever thought to change the female on the copter to a better T Plug or JST - XH?

Yes , I was just trying to help out a newbie who would leave it stock.

I run 18 gauge JST connectors / wire on the three X5's we have.

Note : Then use the Dromida 700 mah battery for a plug and play.
Even though mine is hardwired with a Nanotech 750 :)
