Controller FPV Connections

I am building my first quad with Camera and FPV

MAMBA F405 MK2 F40 Dshot 600 Stack
Eachine TX805 FPV Transmitter
Foxeer Falkor camera
Spektrum radio, since I already have all Spectrum from helicopters and airplanes.

Do I connect the camera to the Mamba controller board or to the video transmitter board?
I am seeing to connect it to the controller board.

Do I connect Spektrum satellite to 5v power/gnd and the signal to S.BUS

For the camera video signal line that typically goes into the FC then a video out from FC to the VTX. This way the FC can add on-screen display (OSD) that overlays battery voltage and other useful info, you can customize what is shown on the osd in betaflight configurator once your FC is plugged in and connected.

Believe the satellite receiver may use 3.3V for power so would double check your particular receiver for what input voltage it wants. I believe you will want to use the sbus port on there based on diagram here:


Then just need to select the correct uart for serial rx and set the protocol in the configuration tab in betaflight then configure your receiver in the receiver tab in betaflight.
