No one here knows why it's doing that lol. Maybe there is something wrong with the electronics? If it flies good consider yourself lucky lol.

Yah guess is this isn't a problem really but would just refer to manual if one exists but pulling battery in general doesn't hurt and avoids any possibility of a mosfet or other switch not working as intended.

According to Manual:

Press and hold the power button of the aircraft for 5 seconds to power on the aircraft.
A continuously short beeping sound indicates the aircraft is self-checking, a long
beeping sound indicates self-checking is complete and the aircraft is ready to fly.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to power off the aircraft.

If your craft is not functioning accordingly, I'd contact the seller as it is defective.
