Newbie Question

Bought an Eachine E511S and am impressed I was able to make it through my first flight in one piece. I was getting excited about the Mavic Air but figured that was a bit much coin for a look see. The E511S appeared to have a lot of the same features at a fraction of the cost.

2 flights in and cannot figure out how to activate the camera/video on my Android. The app shows my location but no video. How do you sync the phone to the controller?

Just like any wifi device. Power up the quad, open the app, go into the wifi settings on your phone and you should see the drone. Click on it and you should be good to go.

Thank you. That is what I was expecting but is not happening. Thought perhaps there was a button sequence for the drone to beacon for 30 seconds or something.

Found a video where the guy walked through everything from the box to controls and buttons, how to do the video, prep for flight and the auto maneuvers. A bit long but very enlightening. Went out and used the camera for the first time this morning. Very cool.
