Been awhile since I posted anything. Got a new build going on.

Alien 7 inch frame(not ImpulseRC)
Matek combo........F405-OSD/FCHUB-6S FC/PDB
Favorite Blheli Littlebee - Spring 30a, 2 - 6S ESCs
Racerstar BR2507s/2700kv FireEdition motors
Runcam Swift 2 - Rotor Riot Edition
VTX........Haven't pick one out yet, still checking them out. Looking for an 800mW or even a 1000mW(edit to add) Ok, thanks to mozquito1 and Renov8r have decided on the AKK FX 2.
Flysky FS X6B Receiver with extended(150mm) antennas

Got motors and ESCs mounted tonight. Got some of the layout done so I can see what I have to work with.

The new AKK is a 0mw - 1200mw
With a choice of 3 antenna connections.
The few reviews I've seen except one look decent. As he fried his b4 he got to test it.
Check polarity check.

I just got the AKK FX 2 and FX3 (FX3 is the 20 X 20) and really like them. Quality is excellent. I'm going to use them from now on if I have the room for one more board on the stack.
 
Quick update...............

AKK FX2 Ultimate is on hand. Waiting for the Runcam Swift 2 RotorRiot edition. Also a new "handle" for my soldering station, tips etc...........

Nice parts list that’s shaping up to be a very capable 7-inch build. The Alien-style 7" frame should give you plenty of room to work with, and it pairs well with the Matek F405/FCHUB combo. That stack is solid on 6S and makes power distribution and OSD integration straightforward, especially for a larger build like this. Littlebee Spring 30A ESCs are still hard to beat for reliability, and they’ll be a good match for the BR2507 2700kv motors as long as you’re mindful of prop choice on 6S. Those motors should give you plenty of thrust and speed, but I’d recommend starting with a conservative prop to keep amp draw in check. The Swift 2 RR edition is a great camera good low-light performance and durable, which is always a plus on a larger quad.

Good call on the AKK FX2. It’s a proven VTX, puts out solid power at 800–1000mW, and handles heat reasonably well as long as it has some airflow. It should suit that setup nicely. The FlySky X6B with extended antennas should work fine; just make sure you route and secure the antennas well on a 7-inch to avoid noise and shadowing from the frame and battery. Sounds like you’re off to a good start. Once you get everything mocked up and wired cleanly, this should be a strong, fast build. Looking forward to seeing how it comes together.
