Hi Sean , make sure the leads that run from motors to the kk board are right , some one else on here was having same problem ,so i did test on my quad i swapped 2 motor wires so i had m1 on m2 ,m2 on m3 etc and she flips , due to the board seeing the movement of the quad and telling the motor to speed up to balance quad but that signal was going to the wrong motor so it tips and fcb put more input in till its over this takes 1000 of a second faster than you can see , so check m1 to pins of m1 etc,the way i do it is pull all off but leave on motor 1 then power up see if motor 1 spins if yes move on to motor 2 unplug battery each time you plug a motor in then test ,then move on to next one
one last thing to check is the forward arrow on kk is facing forward

thankyou for your reply holtneil and yes this was the problem m2 and m3 were the wrong way round every thing else is good and now she takes off! ;) just got to learn to fly the beast now:confused:o_O

Hi mate just take it slow, put the kk in stable mode this will help, reduce stick scaling too, this video link will help if you set up as guys says ,then go to flight video and adjust to match his it will not be far off, i know its kk2.0 but still wont be far out

thanks great explanatory videos :Dalthough i don't believe him when he says he never flown before o_O

Hi mate he has never flown a quad before lol, that shows in the video , quads fly like a cp heli well what is ment by that is if you put the quad in to forward flight it will remain like that till you tell it to do some thing else this is what a cp heli does , thats why people use quads to master a cp heli
