Need help with hubsan h501s....please help

Please can anyone give me any advice on what the problem might be with my hubsan.Basically I'm a beginner and everything was going great for my first few flights in an open area until I stupidly tried to fly it in my back garden and flew to close to the house and caught it under the gutter causing it to crash.At first it all looked fine just a few broken props so I replaced them and tried again but when taking off one of the props/motors was making a louder sound than the rest and the quad drifted backwards as I took off . Once up in the air about 50 metres all seemed ok until I tried to descend ...when holding down the left trigger to come down it dis-armed it and it fell to the ground.This normally only happens when pulling both triggers down as you do to arm the quad . Luckily it survived but now when I hold down the left trigger it cuts out after a few seconds is this just a motor that needs replacing or more ...I'd be very greatful for any advice
 
The Hubsan H501s suffers from two major issues,
both related to the positioning of the Throttle Stick.
These are:
* The Manual Mode "Failsafe".
* Accidental disarming of the motors in flight.
Although these issues are totally different, they share a
single, common source, namely -
They both occur when the throttle is at its zero setting.
Unfortunately, in order to be able to arm and disarm, we
must be able to place the throttle in the lowest position.
However we don't EVER want to engage that position whilst
flying, due to the possibility of invoking the MM Failsafe or
disarming the motors.

This modification shows how a simple layer of heatshrink
tubing is used to prevent the throttle stick bottoming out.
It slides on the throttle stick so that the quad can still be
armed and disarmed as normal, but in flight can be slid to
the lowest position, physically preventing application of
minimum throttle.
This has no obvious effect on throttle or yaw response
and fast tight funnels can still be performed.
To return to "normal" operation, the sleeve is easily slid
upwards on the stick, allowing disarming of the motors. Look at YouTube for 501s throttle stick mod.

Uh, what? Are the terms Arm and Disarm substitutes for other clearer terms? I have a Hubsan X4 H107L. Does this model suffer the same issue as the H501s?
 
So, why not just say that instead of Arm and Disarm? Arm and Disarm can be a conflict with other applications, like guns, rifles, Nuclear Missiles, etc.

Or it could be widely and commonly accepted terminology for making the motors active and controllable by throttle input, or making them not. ;)

'Arm' and 'Disarm' are the correct terms in this context.
