Need an expert's opinion. HELP!

I don't know where to post this but here it goes. I'm looking for something very specific if any of you fine upstanding gentleman could help me. I need a drone that fulfills the following qualifications.

1) Can fly over half a mile away with no difficulty.
2) I can clearly see on the controller through the video where I'm flying.
3) Is specifically rigged to carry small items weighing up to 3 or 4 cellphones (and similar size that I can put things in and take things out of easily)
4) Costs under $500. ( and I can get an extended warranty)
5) bonus if it can fly at night well
6) Is very stable.

I'll be doing dropoffs and pickups with this drone within a specific neighborhood during day and night. So something reliable and strong, can fly well, and carry small light loads. Preferably already rigged with a small container area right out of the box.

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Under $500.00? I doubt it! Look at a Phantom 4 Pro or Mavic. But then you will be looking at a drone over $1,200.00 in price. Finding what you want right out-of-the-box will be next to impossible unless you can create something that puts the FPV camera in another location on the drone. Anyone else with any ideas for this guy?

Dropping, picking up what o_Oor perhaps you run a pizza shop in a very small community:rolleyes:.
A drone like that will cost thousands.
I been out flying & ppl sounding like you have asked me to deliver more or less what you just said into one of the local prisons. As stupid or rewarding it sounded I refused, both times. They have hawks, you seen a hawk take down a drone. Easy.
You would be flying illegally anyway as you would lose sight of it.

Has anyone given thought to what a "new member" may be after considering what he intends to do, really, when looking for a drone that can carry something heavy over a long distance, at night? Sounds like an ISIS inspired, interested party. Does Homeland Security ever read these forum entries? Maybe they should and we should be less naive.

Shiiit happens. I'm serious o_O it could be totally legit or not. so I got nothing to add. The information is out there, but if dominoes or Amazon ain't doing it then you shouldn't be without a commercial licence & appropriate training. Where is your spotter for fpv. :(

Alright so to be honest. I'm going to be selling certain items and I need a safe way to drop off said items and pickup cash. So the client goes to a predesignated spot and leaves the cash in the box with the drone. Then I fly it to wherever I am. Then I switch the cash with the product and fly it over. I don't want to make direct contact ever with clients, nor let them know where I am.
I hope this clears things up. Weight wise maybe just like 1 cellphone equivelant weight and size. And to clarify we are talking about small amounts of cash. Like under $100. So no it's not a nuclear bomb or anything haha

Also willing to pay $1000. I think maybe night vision might be a requirement to the list.

So, someone goes to the drop point of the drone, puts the cash payment in a box that the drone will return to you. You then send the drone back with the goods to the same location. Everyone is happy, no one gets burned and no one is the wiser. Uh huh! Sounds like a great way to distribute "stuff" across borders, without Customs or the DEA seeing things or are even aware that it's being done right over their heads. I understand not wanting direct contact with the buyer, he might be a cop or FBI agent, right? Stupid is as stupid does, maybe. I'm sure lots of people have thought of and tried this. Check with the Prison Directories for more information.

Is there an Amazon Prime like membership for this service. Free delivery and video streaming and ebooks??

Sounds like a great business model.......:p

Have fun
Bill

Being a risky business, i would go with a USED phantom 2. Can pick them up for under 500 bucks, reliable tech, has all the requirements you describe. And with any luck, your battery will die mid flight or have some other malfunction and your little box of cash will crash in my back yard.

Or if you have bad luck, it will crash with your product and i will contact the FBI and have them track your stupid butt down. It would not be hard. Just draw a one mile circle around the crash site and drive around with a receiver that picks up 2.4ghz analogue radio signals and follow it back to some idiot riding around in a car looking for a missing quadcopter. Oh yea. Its not only possible, it is likely. Prison is filled with super genius people with great ideas like yours.
