Taranis axis travel issue

Im probably having a thick moment but I cant find any info to fix something so simple.

The problem is im getting the full 100% range of travel from the sticks but when I go into my models mixer settings the graphic is showing that im only getting 50% travel on all axis's. Cleanflight shows im getting about 75% travel on all axis's. Ive tried playing around for hours but cant find the setting to change this, ive not changed any of the mixer settings I just created and organised them.

Thanks everyone.

ok I thought id elaborate on this, the problem is im aching to do my first ever maiden of a racing quad but when I apply a little power the motors spin really fast, im guessing if I put props on it will go into orbit at just 1% throttle, ive tried lowering the minimum throttle settings in cleanflight but, weird things happen so im trying to get the RPM much lower, id like to apply 1% throttle and see the motors spinning slowly. Im such a noob at this sorry but ive done most of the hard work but now stumped on this little tweak.

Just risked my first flight, handles strange, its always trying to go everywhere except up so im having to fight to keep it in a hover, glad to get it flying anyway, lots of tweaking to do.

I have a Taranis X9D+.
I turn it on, then go to the default start menu, and long-press the Menu button.
Then I use the Page button to cycle to the Calibration screen. I use that screen to set the internal calibration for the sticks, sliders, and knobs.
Have you done that yet?
Even though I'm brand new at this, its all I know that I can share.

Good Luck!

Yea I did that a couple of times but thanks, it turned out to be the trim settings, I thought maybe it was the ESC calibration. Its very sensitive on the sticks which I need to look at but its hovering nice now.

The new problem is the FPV camera isnt working via the FC but it works on its own, everythings wired the way it came to me and its all good and done right, ive read others have this issue, im wondering if it needs activating somehow via cleanflight, I dont see any OSD or anything just a blank image. Its the Skyline32+ OSD.
