No you don't have to Dload it, you can just X out the popup window or hit ESC button, ya they are always trying to get you to use their stuff, dropbox is free. Once you close the popup window one time it shouldn't come up again. I just clicked on it and it opened up no problem.
Gotta give it a second to load up, it's a .pdf file, wish there was a way to upload a PDF directly to the post.
 
Sorry that's the only option I get.
See in app, in a box that then takes to a page about turning off settings. And another separate link at the top to the same page. I am on a mobile but should be no problem
 
Anyone else having a problem viewing this link? Let me know, I will take it down, no sense in it if no one can view it.
 
I have always used DropBox for years. And it is confusing for some users that you are trying to share with.

I found that Google Drive is less muss and fuss. Its my choice now for sharing files even videos. No resolution loss as in YouTube.

Also PDF files are can be created to be malware so not a good choice to be sharing amongst friends.
