GSP tracking

Hello!

Been searching and looking for an answer to a few questions.
We are going to make movies/record several hiking trails, both in forest and mountain areas.

The goal would be to have a solution so one person could be at the starting point and send away the copter and it would follow a gps track that we have plotted in. And a person will be a the end point to receive the copter.
It must be possible to load in different gps tracks and the copter would follow the loaded track.
The copter would carry a camera, weight is about 2kg.

The length of the longest track is 15km.

Any one that could help out with some information on what kind of equipment needed and what kind of copter that would suit best?

Lots of systems out there that will do this, it's commonly referred to as mission planner (APM) or waypoint navigation. DJI Phantom would be the first pick or if you wanted to build your own craft, the Eagle Tree Vector, Ardupilot, come to mind. Don't know about the 15km range though, unless you've got deep pockets

Or perhaps were fine with fixed wing.
