Taranis question

Okay, after 12+ hours of try this now I'll ask for help: I have a Taranis+ and just finished build a QAV-R from a kit received from FlightClub. My issue is that the frSky X4R doesn't seem to be receiving a signal from the Taranis. Though the Taranis is receiving fro the X4R (i.e. Telemetry). There is no problem with the Taranis because I use it for another racer. I used a Cleanflight file that I received via flightclub along with the taranis file.

I am open for suggestions...thanks!

Because when I look at the remote config in Cleanflight none of the bars/graphs are moving when make an action on the Taranis

are you going S-bus or full wire connection if S-bus make sure the FCB has its S-bus turned on
I think there is also a setting in the transmitter for S-bus

Pardon my ignorance, but I made my connections as per the instruction from Flightclub. This is my 1st build. I am using the small port on the side of the X4R for my connection

Holt is all over it. Sounds like a configuration issue. That's why I asked how do you know is being sent
