kk2 flashing issues

I plugged it in correctly because the lights and display screen came up. I plugged it into the blus usb outlet located on the right hand side of my laptop. I set all setting as instructed on the Hobby King site, installed all necessary drivers and all. Could it be the dongle or maybe i need to take off the signature setting in device driver. IDK@

The com port on your pc will be different than on whoever demonstrated it for hk. If you have tried each one then open device manager and try to locate it, then verify that it is enabled and working properly.
 
Hi mate another thing is dont install the usb drivers just leave them on your desktop in a file and when you plug in the usb the first time it should look for drivers and install its self
