syma x5c camera problems

hi guys i got the syma x5c-1 have been using it for like 2 days now and its a blast but when i capture video or taking photos i get problems the first two photos and the first two videos i make i can watch on my computer all the others are unwatchable and in get problems like Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file. can't play them in vlc either and the photos i get we cant open this photo oh btw everytime ive been using the cam to record something i need to format the micro sd card to be able to use it again.... pls help

Agreed. Especially if you’re using the card that came with the quad. I had all sorts of issues with video on my first X5C-1 and picked up a better quality SD card. Works fine.

The only times that happens to me with the video is when I forget to stop recording before turning the drone off.
Also, I have never formatted it, just erased the video files and reused.

ty for response i did change sd card and it worked but then a crashed in the water the second time after sd card change so camera got busted xD
