Regarding identification of components which producing vibrations

Hello

Greetings to one and all.....!

Recently I, started my work on already existing quad-copter model. As a part of my work I have to identify the components and reasons like Structural resonance, Actuators, Sampling effects and Computation round-off error, which are causing vibrations to quad-copter while flying. How to identify which components producing vibrations. Being a completely new to this I am unable to figure it out. Can anyone guide me to do this.

I'd try to view raw accelerometer data and just isolate different parts by separating them from the accelerator.
