Don't know if anybody wants to participate or if the mods will allow, but I thought I'd start a fun thread on what the mailman brought you today. I'll start

2X drive gear and shaft set, 2X motor set and landing gear for my X6 Tarantula (which self-destructed on the weekend haha)

2X 12" Genfam props

2X 10" Genfam props

2X low voltage alarm buzzers

Just had to go pick up the FTDI USB Adapter that I ordered from Banggood on the 27th Feb… it FINALLY arrived today! (Well, that's a lie - it actually arrived last Friday, but today's the first time I had a chance to drop-by the post office to pick it up!)

Yeah, we've got some pretty big Wally's here too. Here's one of my favorite old pics. 12 lb Florida bass

ImmersionRC Vortex arrived yesterday.

Up till now my quads have been bought Ready To Fly (RTF). This however was Almost Ready to Fly (ARF). What I didn't realise was that was the equivalent to buying a car with no steering or brakes. I couldn't find any instructions online on how to fit the Flysky TX/RX to the quad, and how to program it to operate the quad. Having spent most of last night working it all out, I flew my ImmersionRC Vortex properly today for the 1st time. What a machine though, worth every minute of the difficulty setting it up.

If you get sick of that quad, let me know and I'll give you my address so I can take it off your hands. ;)

Replacement U807 for the one that burned up in a lipo fire. Great deal you can get a BNF for $23

Another Tarantula X6

I dunno, they're just toys but I still have a blast flying them. You don't have to worry about crashing them, if you do break something they're cheap to fix or replace and they're great for developing your flying skills.
