Idle hands etc,... boring TV... get iPad - cruise around eBay!
Great found 4 Emax 2213 920 KvH Motors... seller has good FB average - check the" 9 sold" FB.... all positive...not a single complaint about RC motors among them.
But its an auction - which I gave up up years ago when eBay was wilder than Dodge City before the OK Corral.
Anyway, - 1 bidder already at $25.99 - I set a max bid of $28 - and wont at $27.99!
They arrived to day.
If you cannot see the details in the image..
All Emax Boxes... contents are - 3 DJI labelled 2212 920KvH motors and 1 Emax 2213 935KvH labelled motor.
Boxes looked as if they had been on a world cruise and packed and unpacked a few times.
I suppose at $28, - I can consider them as spares, but for what??

Whatever the printed info on the motors states - the all look identical in manufacture - so its doubtful they really are DJI or Emax.
The auction info described them as Emax KT 2213-935KvH - I checked and Emax does not have any KT motors on their website - that said the could be old stock they have dumped into the market.

Be careful of auctions from "qiqihobbyboy"

Bad news is... the "quadadiction" syndrome drove into bidding again for DJI motors.... only me bid! $25.99 - wonder what I will get!

Never thought I would say this... but its BangGood for me from now on!

Edit:

The top left hole in the foam - has a prop nut...anybody a clue what should have been in top the right hole??

Do you have link to the listing?

This is terrible.

The real pig of this is that - normally - I am always wary of sellers and check their FB. For some reason I have not fathomed out yet... the FB rating links of any seller - do not work on my mini iPad - Only the day after on my Mac did I see all this - after seeing the "12 sold" on the item listing - which is when I checked for the FB...and found Hell had descended on me!
I blame my "quadadiction" syndrome!

After 48 hours I got a reply to my complaint -
Dear Customer, Please try to use, if you can not use, I am willing to pay shipping cost to you, please return the wrong motor, I immediately arrange for a refund or supplement to you if you are not satisfied with the solution, please tell me your the idea that we try to follow your advice to solve the problem, for the inconvenience, sorry
The seller is "qiqihobbyboy"

I replied that the listed stated new unused items and obviouly - apart from teh beat up boxes and missing parts - mixing DJI and Emax motors in Emax boxes indicates they are not new - and 920kv and 935kv motors are not compatible and request a full refund. I can check lowest costpost to return to China and he can refund my mony and post then I will return them.
Be advised I have contacted eBay and in 6 days - ( ebay tell me ask seller to co-operate and if not - after 8 days - submit a case) I will ask eBay to deal with this as a Not as listed Buyer Protection scheme.

Some of the neg FB buyers say they got refunds...so who knows.

I just wonder IF the motors really do have different power ratings.
I have no idea how to check them and guess it needs some gizmo that most will not have.
Anyway I am going to try them on teh 550 Alien later and see how they fare.

sellers store -

Hopefully they disclosed what you were bidding on in the description. Sometimes everything looks great until you read the description. Where is the original ad?

Original listing

Th etrouble with feedback - is that some get a resolution - but the buyer does not come back to say so - OR - lots of the buyers just write off their money and go elsewhere.
Other have used ebay and or PayPal to get a refund.

I have refused his..try to use - and stated I wanted a full refund and if he wants them back..send me the carriage costs. I am not sure ebay would support me on that point!

BUT - eBay buyer protection states that if its not delivered or not as listed - they will deal with it.

I cannot believe the seller will willingly allow pigged of buyers to keep using ebay to get a refund... it must affect their FB and ebay allowing them to operate.

I wont use ebay ever again..ive been taken for items before...I sent one Team Associated TC3 NITRO car to a guy in hawaii..Shipping was around 30 freakin dollars...not 30 minutes after i dropped it off at the post office he writes me saying he didnt read the description properly and it wasnt what he wanted...well, too late its already shipped..i give him the tracking number so he can see its already been brought to the post office and he still files a claim with ebay saying the item wasnt as described when he hasnt even gotten it..Long story short ,ebay awarded him his money back and i never saw my item again...the moron never shipped it back to me and ebay knew this....Ebay can kiss a big one.
