Help!

Ok, board appears to work, but the LCD is not. LCD stands for liquid crystal display, it works by blocking light that passes through it whenever voltage is supplied to certain crystals in the screen. The back-light on your board appears to be working, but the screen does not. Sounds like either the board is having a problem that effects the screen, the screen is partially unplugged, or the ribbon cable is damaged.
 
Today get replacment worked only 10 minutes!!!
After test I packed but after few hours have same problrm but cannot do anything.That product is that poop?!?

And another question I have copter alien x250 but have a problem after flying up after 10-15 ms copter is always to the left and hard react to transmitter what is the problem today i changed all motors...
 
Can someone help please , I bought an mtech sky drone pro v2 for my son for Christmas and have only flown it a couple of times but it has ceased to operate and I don't know why , the battery seems ok all the lights under the drone flash when I connect it and the batteries in the remote are all new, the remote beeps when I switch it on but there is no response from the drone when I try to fly it.
It says in the instructions "Make sure frequency is correct" but it doesn't say how to do this !
