And in a week the Registration site goes live and here is the link for that - http://www.faa.gov/uas/registration/
Not thrilled about having to registering, but it is not unexpected considering how much hype the press has given the few bad apples out there.
Just a suggestion for the forum mods, you might want to make a stickie for the registration website to make it easy for visitors to find the site.

We'll probably do that when the actual final rule comes out.

AMA is asking members to hold off on registering.
You are required to do this to register, and you have to 'pay' 5$ to register (though it is being refunded). This may make this agreement or acknowledgement a binding agreement to follow these guidelines.
