From my experience Gearbest has been exceptional with their customer service. For items in stock etc, you can send them a question and someone will respond to you within 24 hours sometimes even on weekends depending on where you live. They will usually try their best to help solve any issues or questions you may have. I think Gearbest probably has the lowest prices out of many other online shopping websites which is pretty neat for the most part! Check out their site, maybe you'll find something you like for a good price, be sure to send them a message to ask if the item is indeed in stock before placing order though, this is because I ordered before and it wasn't until I sent a message to ask for the status of my order that apparently that item I ordered was on back order due to popular demand! But other than that hiccup, Gearbest has been pretty good !

You know something... after viewing your "beginners review".... Gosh how lucky are they they have a Chinese national to invite to be allowed to represent them on youTube! AND at the same time promote a sales drive with give aways.
Can I ask a favour... can I be the first beginner in Australia to do a review on youTube if so please send me the item you want to be reviewed and I promise to maximize publicity world wide via my many websites. If you will ask your friends at GearBest. I am still a beginner because, EveryBuying has mucked up the first two orders I placed and I will NOT be going back again!

that is unfortunate to hear about everbuying. You can certainly submit your own application to do reviews for Gearbest in their website! thanks for commenting!
