why do other battery's die fast in my drone

world tech battery does not have a C rating on it however its a 2S 7.4 volt battery and works well with the drone
well I have tried a 20C 7.4 1300mAh battery and it gets the drone approximately 3 feet off the ground then the drone just slows down and lands . so I tried a 2200mAh 20 C and another 30 C 1300 mAh battery's and still the same thing , when I had tested these batteries in a single motor airplane and they run for 7-8 minutes so here is the drone battery link is below for the original battery that comes with the drones fly time is 5- 6 minutes. note* I did make up a 7" extension adapter for the other battery's I have.
so what could be causing this? Oh I had to Velcro the batteries I tried to the bottom of the drone would that have anything to do with it?

What mAh is your original battery? Are you sure your batteries are getting fully charged? Check them with a meter they should be ~8.4V.

they 8.4 volts charged--
unfortunately there is no marking for the C rating on it however I checked other same sized drones and they have the same battery with 20C-30C in them . the battery's Im using are 30C, Im beginning to wonder if its the adapter I had soldered together the plugs on the ends ?

I used no 10 gauge normal battery silicon wire with good connections Banana one end and power poll on the other end.

So tonight I cut the long 7 " wire down to only 1.5 " s and did a short test flight and its a little better maybe 3 minutes then dies lands on the ground . then a quick battery voltage check and its down to 7.4 volts that.s not to bad . so I cant figure if the C ratings is way up to 40 or 60 C's ,I dont know I never seen this before

Post a link to your quad. Is it brushless? Are you really pushing it hard?

If you go back to the stock battery is everything normal?

I have a good Beckman Meter over $100.00 , Im beginning to think these batteries I have are OK on a small load like an airplane with only one motor and prop.
I made up another short connector and tried my airplane batteries 2S 1300 and a 2S 2200, oh the drone will lift off the 2200 mAh battery with no problem its very strong I dont know if it ha brushless motor or brushed motors the original batter with the drone is only 1200mAh .
maybe the original battery is a high 60 C rating , there isn't any markings on it for its C rating.

thanks for the eBay site , I have noticed that most batteries for my drone and simya drone are rated for 25-30C so that means maybe, the batteries I do have and work well in a single motor RC airplane and wont work in the drone is because they are weak or one cell is going low . Im still waiting for an answer from the manufacturer of the drone in regards to the C rating of the battery that came with the drone I have.

I see most drone that are large like the simya have brushed motor and larger props . they all run at about 25-30C rating . so maybe my batteries are on thier way out or one cell is low .?hmmm
