Toy quads will never be as good as hobby grade quad, they will not last as long
(many manufactures give a 6-8hour use life on core-less motors), and many are not upgradeable, why have 6 toy quads with 6 transmitters when you can have one good transmitter and 100s of quads that will fly off that single transmitter
Many times on this forum have people paid out for a toy and 3 days later they have to try and fix it, if they can get the parts and even after they have the parts it still will not fly so it gets binned and they have to start again.
Both toy and hobby grade have their purpose, toys are good if your not sure you are going to like this hobby and to get you started learning to fly, but once you get past this point it may be worth looking at moving on to better.
Sorry if you don't like my opinion but I always put this out there to get new members to think about the hobby not what they are doing today but in months to come.
