Maybe it's because of my actual flightcrew experience in the Air Force. But looking at FPV crash footage from the vantage point of "being in the cockpit" and it being so realistic, it's a bit unnerving. I know that I'm not in a full-sized aircraft viewing what's about to happen. But having actually experienced collision avoidance manuevers and an aborted takeoff due to engines losing power near lift off speed, it's more "real" to me than watching something on TV, a movie, or online video. Does anybody else experience this while watching these videos?
