Comes with this. FWIW the standard Corel anti-shake works quite well.

$300. But I was using Adobe CC prior to this and it was that much per year. PP just became too buggy to use in my opinion.

I use Sony Movie Studio 13 Platinum.
For the money, about $60.00 USD, you can't go wrong. It has a lot of the same functionality and features as their Sony Vegas Pro Suite.
A lot of tutorials and support too.

I use Windows Movie Maker as well and it works well for me. However when I was using windows 7 I could burn a dvd with Movie Maker that I could play on my TV with excellent quality but with Windows 10 this function vanished. I have tried various other software to burn DVD's but have not been satisfied with the quality,

There aren't many free linear editors available for Windows 10.
That's one reason I chose the Sony Movie Studio program.
Basic version starts at $49.95 and goes up from there. $79.95 for the "Platinum" version.
You can find the basic package here.
If memory serves me, all the Home versions can burn DVD, CD and BlueRay.
I've never used any of them since I use it for mostly YouTube content.
