hi all,
i recently purchased a Turing 9x and the recommended battery (Turnigy 2650mAh 3S 1C LLF Tx Pack) to go with it from the online website for our toys. i adapted the connecting socket as i had read through different threads and charged correctly. i connected to the TX and switched on, instantly there was smoke coming from inside the TX!!! give me strength... i haven't opened up yet but I'm not expecting to find much that will bring a smile to my face. has anyone else come across this or have i done something wrong. the battery fully charged should be fine for the TX. I'm really stumped and obviously don't want the same thing to happen again. I'm hoping theres a little joy and relive when i look inside but feeling deep down i ruined it!
