Trouble getting Quad off the ground??

Hi everyone just wanted to say I have enjoyed reading a lot of the threads on this site as I am a new member.
I have a question about my Tarantula X6 quad. I have flown it maybe 10 times without issue. The other day it all of a sudden was flying erratic and then I could only get it about 2 feet off the ground. Any Idea what is happening? I was using fully charged Lipos, and never made any other changes to the quad.

Try a re calibration.

I did a recalibration several times without any luck. Always done on flat surface.
