transplanting qx2 to new frame

I'm considering transferring my 350 qx2 hardware to a frame more suitable for mounting stuff like fpv, altimeter, etc. Thinking about an H-frame. I'm not an expert so wondering if there are any calibration considerations that I might need to consider? Namely, will the flight board be smart enough to accommodate any variables that might have changed?

I plan to build from scratch in the near future, just not right now.
