I've flown in the snow but never (intentionally) in the rain too afraid of frying fpv gear to chance it. I conformal coated my ESCs but not the entire flight stack. BLDC motors are already mostly water proof so as is it's safe for some light drizzle but if it gets dunked the flight stack is still at risk (coating it makes it harder to work on though and can trap heat on PCBs/chips)
