After doing I'm not sure what exactly for a bit Saturday Morning, I got this far and I'm thrilled.
Managed to mostly duplicate the settings and programming to the other drone, the Darkmax.
Found a local drone group in Salem at at next opportunity with clear weather, will go out with others and get some fly time in and practice with some learning mixed in.
In the next week I'll be changing the transmitter batt to a lipo, I began ordering extra parts, nuts, props, etc.
The drone I wanted to purchase first that was essentially unavailable to me at the time, the stars aligned, along with a sale so I ordered myself an x215 pro.
I figure that between the 3 drones, I'll be able to fly even after wrecking one or two drones.
Ive put together a case to safely pack my transmitter, a case with foam cutouts for storing my 4s lipo batts, and I'm working on a case for protecting the drones with props on...
Once again, thanks for all the help, I'm sure I will still need more pointers here and there.
