Technical Specs of stuff (newbie)

Hello, im pretty new to drones however i do like electrical engineering and have a few new designs in mind.
I am currently looking for some information on the prop dimensions for the T9545 Plastic prop.
If possible i need length (tip to tip) and height (top to bottom including self tightening cap) including the height of it installed on a MN2213 kv950 motor.

I am trying to surround it in a thin light plastic for better stability in the project im working on (will take a few days to receive the parts and i need to start printing)

Heres the dimensions of the prop:

9.8 x 1.6 x 0.9 inches

As far as the height installed, Im not sure youll find that without doing it or if someone has that exact combo. Good luck
