Syma X5C-1 problem?

I have the X5C and it appears that it isn't syncing the transmitter with the quad. I turn them both on, then flick the joystick up and back but the lights on the quad remain at fist blinking. Any thoughts??

yes, it was working fine, then it landed, not hard but not real soft, then i charged it and doesn't work

I had the same problem so When I turn my quadcopter on I give it a few seconds, then the lights slow down then i turn on the controller and up down left stick work's every time hope that helps
